Vi er 3 1 års elever på kokkeskolen som har fået stillet opgaven SØB (Sundhed, økologi og bæredygtighed), vi har valgt at gå mest ind i bæredygtigheden og økologien. I så stort omfang det er muligt bruger vi danske og økologiske vare.
Vi har valgt at lave middagsselskabet som en velgørenhedsmiddag hvor alle pengene fra billetsalget går direkte og ubeskåret til Alzheimerforeningen.
Næsten en halv million danskeres hverdag er berørt af demens – enten fordi de selv har en demenssygdom, eller fordi de er nære pårørende, venner eller kollegaer til en person med demens, og hvert år kommer 14-15.000 nye tilfælde af demens til.
