Få et førstehåndsindtryk af den moderne belgiske gin, når skaberen af den flamske Duin Gin, Frederik Van Duuren, er gæsteoplægger ved Copenhagen Gin Clubs ginsmagning den 16. marts.
Belgien har længe været et af de mest ginkonsumerende lande i Europa, men det er først inden for de seneste par år, at belgierne for alvor selv er begyndt at bidrage til den igangværende ginbølge.
Torsdag den 16. marts har Copenhagen Gin Club inviteret skaberen af den flamske ginserie Duin Gin, Frederik Van Duuren, til København for at fortælle lidt om den belgiske og flamske gintradition, og ikke mindst sine egne ginner.
I løbet af aftenen skal vi smage på alle tre ginner i hans Duin Gin-serie, der inkluderer både den klassiske Duin Gin, den krydrede Ginius og ingefærginnen Ginger. Og så skal vi selvfølgelig smage dem alle i Gin & Tonic også!
Smagningen foregår, torsdag den 16. marts 2017 kl. 19.00, på restaurant Bøf, Dronningens Tværgade 22. Deltagelse koster 170 kroner per person (plus billetto-gebyr).
