A 2-day JOYshop to stress-free, wholehearted Giving & Recieving
Giving and receiving can be extremely stressful and many of us have anxiety around this.
This workshop with Geoffrey & Pernille has been lovingly put together in order for you to get the most out of coming to understand the reality of really being able to give and recieve wholeheartedly.
In this joyshop you will;
- Understand and release what blocks our ability to give and receive in an open, clear and wholehearted way.
- Be able to set clear intentions around G & R
- Honour our greatest teacher of G & R; our breath. (There are two breathwork sessions included in the joyshop)
- Learn mindfulness-based tools to enable us to give & recieve wholeheartedly.
- Finaly truly understand and begin to integrate the laws of giving and recieving in our daily life.
- Expeience the JOY of giving & recieving in more ways than can be imagined.
This is the time of year when we really can get caught up in the pressures of giving and recieving. Attending this workshop will set you up for the most wholehearted christmas experience ever, free from the needs, beliefs and drives that have always been there.
The workshop works through a range of proven techniques and delivers a set of tools that you will be able to use for the rest of your life.
