Winemakerdinner fredag d. 19/5 i Kantinen nr 133
Er I til lækre italienske vine og gourmet mad og har I også lyst til at smage lidt lokalt vin fra Birkerød, så har I chancen for at komme med til forårets store WineMakerDinner, hvor vi sammen med producenterne fra Menhir, DalDin, NIFO Campania, Demarie Piemonte o.a. fejrer Rudersdal Vin 10 års jubilæum med Vinsmagning i Birkerød.
Menu:- 4 Asparges retter med 2 italienske Prosecco og 2 helt nye mousserende vine fra Furesødal,
brasseret oksekød med pommes Casa og lækkert tilbehør med 2 flotte rødvine fra to af vores dejlige vingårde,
Husets dessert tallerken med italiensk og dansk dessertvin,
Husets kaffe/the og et glas unikt Grappa og/eller Dansk frugtbrændevin.
Jesper Clausen vil fortælle lidt om historien bag Rudersdal Vin og vinmagerne forklarer lidt om vinene og vingårdene i Italien, mens Jean Becker vil fortælle os om Furesødal vinene samt livet som dansk vinbonde.
Kok Jan Jensen vil introducere os til hans lækre menu og vi bliver opvartet af hans dygtige piger.
Det bliver en stor aften med masser af god input om vin og dens historie, anekdoter fra det rigtige liv som vinbonde og masser af smagsindtryk. NB nu helt udsolgt.! !
Har I tid og lyst, kan I deltage i vinsmagning i nr 132B (lige overfor) mellem kl 15:00 og 18:00 med smagsprøver fra vores italienske producenter. Der vil være gratis adgang for vores middagsgæster - for andre er prisen 100 kr for Vinsmagning i Birkerød.
