Sammen laver vi miniburgere med spændende tilbehør – og spiser sammen udenfor på Børnenes Dyremark.
Smag fx pulled østershatte dyrket i Sydhavnen af bylandbruget Baggården – folkene bag kommer og fortæller historien om deres bæredygtige bylandbrug.
WALK & TALK: Glæd jer også til en guidet gåtur, hvor I kan opleve nye grønne initiativer omkring Karens Minde – fra permakulturhaven til spiselige byplanter og fællesskabshaver.
Undervejs samler vi urter til madlavningen.
Der vil desuden være mulighed for at smage økologisk vin, når Vin-Lars kigger forbi og fortæller om økovin.
Du kan også se og høre om eksempler på økologiske grøntsager i ugens pose fra Københavns Fødevarefællesskab.
Arrangementet er skabt på initiativ af Sydhavnens Grønne Nabofællesskab i samarbejde med Det Mobile Kulturhus (Karens Minde Kulturhus), Københavns Fødevarefællesskab Sydhavnen – og lokale madglade sydhavnere!

We’ve got the grill going, good ideas flowing, and tasty local ingredients ready.
Look forward to a quiz, summer vibes, and a celebration of the beautiful surroundings around Karens Minde – plus plenty of chances to meet neighbours and new faces. Everyone is welcome!
Did you know that edible herbs and plants grow naturally in the South Harbour?
Come help us cook with local ingredients – straight from our shared backyard and the fields of Sjælland.
Together, we’ll make mini burgers with exciting toppings – and enjoy the meal outdoors at Børnenes Dyremark.
Try pulled oyster mushrooms grown in Sydhavnen by the urban farm Baggården – the people behind the project will be there to share the story of their sustainable city farming.
WALK & TALK:
Join us for a guided walk where you’ll experience new green initiatives around Karens Minde – from the permaculture garden to edible city plants and community gardens.
Along the way, we’ll forage herbs to use in our cooking.
You’ll also have the chance to taste organic wine, as “Vin-Lars” drops by to talk about natural wines.
And you can see and hear about the organic vegetables featured in this week’s food bag from the Copenhagen Food Coop.
The event is an initiative by Sydhavnens Grønne Nabofællesskab in collaboration with Det Mobile Kulturhus (Karens Minde Kulturhus), the Copenhagen Food Coop Sydhavnen – and local food-loving Sydhavn residents!
