The clash between the new and the old world is reaching boiling point. Economic power and blue blood are challenged by knowledge and education, and traditional hierarchies are on the point of tumbling, when the exchange student, Hamlet returns from the University of Wittenberg to attend his father's funeral in Kronborg. Life goes on as usual at Kronborg – but not for Hamlet. Something inside him has changed. He is excited by new educational ideals and the concept of a modern, responsible human being. As a revolutionary, he wants to do away with destructive power mechanisms and create an anti-imperialist society with no blood on its hands. But the eternal bloody wheel just rolls on and on.

Opgøret mellem den nye og den gamle verden raser. Økonomisk magt og blåt blod udfordres af viden og dannelse, og traditionelle hierarkier står for fald, når udvekslingsstudenten Hamlet vender hjem til Kronborg og sin fars begravelse fra universitet i Wittenberg. Alt er ved det gamle på Kronborg – men ikke Hamlet. Noget er forandret i ham. Han er optændt af nye dannelsesidealer, og idéen om det moderne, ansvarlige menneske. Som en revolutionær vil han gøre op med ødelæggende magtmekanismer og skabe et anti-imperialistisk samfund uden blod på hænderne. Men det evige blodhjul trækker spor.

I have not received my Hamlet ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Hamlet tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Hamlet tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Hamlet ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
