Hver mandag kl.19.30-21.00 Dato: fra d. 09.01 - 27.03 2017. I alt: 11 x, igen undervisning uge 7.
Jeg tager i denne undervisning afsæt i grundlæggende Hatha yoga, med inspiration fra Anusara og Iyengar yoga. Der indgår ligeledes frekvenser fra vinyasa (flow) og restorative yoga. Mindfulness er en del af yoga og du vil opleve, at der i undervisningen altid er en nysgerrig opmærksomhed på oplevelsen af nuet. Jeg benytter mig altid af min faglige viden som fysioterapeut og indrager, hvis det er relevant, øvelser og vejledning herfra.
Praktisk: Der er plads til max. 9 deltagere på holdet. De små hold sikrer, at der er rig mulighed for fordybelse, og at mødet mellem underviser og elev er nærværende, autentisk og imødekommende.
Holdene henvender sig til let øvet og øvet. Begyndere er dog meget velkomne på holdet. Vi oplever nemlig, at en begynder på grund af holdets størrelse, efter ganske få gange føler sig så godt inde i teknikken og stillingerne, at de sagtens kan følge med fremadrettet.
