Foredrag På rejse med sjælen – om regressionsterapi og dens virkning
Hvad er regressionsterapi og hvad kan man bruge det til?
Helle fortæller om, hvordan hun arbejder med sjælerejser, hvordan terapien foregår og hvad, man kan have ud af det. Helle fortæller om skytsånder, og hvordan de bruges i forbindelse med terapi.
Foredraget afsluttes med en guidet meditations-healing, så deltagerne kan mærke den dejlige afslappede tilstand, og man får mulighed for at få kontakt med en af sine skytsånder. Her kan man få lidt fornemmelse af, hvad en sjælerejse kan være.
Ud over arbejdet med regressionsterapi, har Helle "Regressions-skolen", hvor hun uddanner nye regressionsterapeuter.
Helle arrangerer kurser og holder foredrag.
Helle har skrevet bøgerne ”På gensyn Claus” og ”Livets søjle-min kærlighed”. Bøgerne kan købes i forbindelse med foredraget.
