OM HÖST
Norden er et fællesskab, men at være nordisk er også en måde at være forskellige på. HÖST er en nordisk litteraturfestival med fokus på identitet, politik og mangfoldighed, hvor du vil møde en række af Nordens allerstørste forfatternavne i hyggelige omgivelser. Mens Frederiksholms Kanal flyder forbi uden for døren vil højskolestemningen brede sig: HÖST byder nemlig ikke bare på forfatterinterviews, musik og brandtaler, men også fællesspisning og morgensang.
Årets tema er I BEVÆGELSE. Nordens litteratur er i disse år præget af rejseromaner, vandringer, flugt og eksil, hvor både tanker, ideer og mennesker er i bevægelse. Linn Ullmann sætter sin familiehistorie i skred i De urolige. Den islandske mester Einar Már Gudmundsson beretter om indre og ydre rejser i dannelsesromanen Pasfotos. Og Tomas Espedal har gennem hele sit forfatterskab arbejdet med mødet mellem skrift og vandring. Mød de tre stjerneforfattere og mange flere på HÖST 2018!

Festivalen arrangeres i et samarbejde mellem Johan Borups Højskole, Nansenskolen i Lillehammer og Göteborgs Litteraturhus.
