Hula Hop med Miss Mia i Absalon.
Kom og vær med til en super sjov workshop, hvor du både kan lave din egen flotte hula hop ring, lære seje tricks som f.eks. glimmerflimmer, UFO’er, sløjfer og portaler! Eller lære hvordan du kan bygge dit eget eventyrslot af hula hop-ringe!
Kl. 10.30-11.00: Lav din egen hula hop ring.
Kunne du tænke dig at lave din egen hula hop-ring, så meld dig til på den kreative workshop og få en farvestrålende fin ring med hjem. Vi har tape med glimmer i alle farver og Miss Mia viser hvordan man vikler. Så har du din helt egen unikke hula hop ring som du kan tage med dig hjem.
Kl. 11.00-12.00: Lær at hula hoppe.
Vi hula hopper, lærer tricks og danser til sjov musik til et brag af en fest, og Miss Mia vil desuden vise et flot hula hop-show med 8-10 hula hop-ringe!
Workshoppen anbefales til børn mellem 5-12 år. Forældre og mindre søskende må gerne kigge på.
Pris:
100 kr. for både at lave din egen ring og lære tricks med den.
30 kr. for at være med til at hula hoppe. (kom med din egen ring eller lån en)
OBS: billet skal købes på forhånd så vi er sikre på at vi har ringe nok til alle.
Miss Mia rejser rundt i hele verden med sine hula hop-shows og har udgivet en hula hop-dvd og hula hoppet i tv på både DR1, TV2 og Ramasjang. Hun bor i en hula hop-borg med sin flamingo Jesper og 273 hula hop-ringe, - hvoraf den største ring er 2 meter i diameter! Miss Mias livretter er hula hop-formet mad som bagels, blæksprutteringe og løgringe!
