Mandag d. 26 november på Christianshavns bibliotek bliver en aften i sårbarhedens og skrøbelighedens navn.
Forfatter Karen Fastrup er aktuel med romanen Hungerhjerte, der er udkommet på Gyldendal. I Romanen beskriver hun hudløst ærligt det smertefulde forløb med lukket indlæggelse på psykiatrisk afdeling og den altfortærende hunger efter at blive elsket og høre til som har fulgt hende siden hun var barn. Karen fortæller blandt andet om hendes overvejelser omkring dét at skrive autofiktion og om at have fået diagnosen Borderline.
Sangerinden Sara Grabow fortæller om egne op og nedture og synger tekster og skaber enkle lydbilleder der forsøger at forankre hendes eget urolige sind. Hun forsøger at skabe rum omkring ordene og følelserne, så de kan nå ind til hjertet.
Sara spiller hver onsdag på Bispebjergs Ungdomspsykiatriske afdeling. Blandt andet med sangene fra hendes seneste album EneRum, som sætter en beroligende og eftertænksom stemning.
