Nicolai Knudsen har igennem de sidste år arbejdet med arbejdsglæde og trivsel, og begyndte at tænke på at man skal have det samme fokus med i hverdagen. Han driver firmaet HappyHappyHappy og kalder sig selv Gladolog.
