Vores fitness eksperter vil guide dig til effektive øvelser der sikrer at du kommer i form, får strammet op og reduceret din fedtprocent.
Kostvejleder og Sundhedscoach Diana tilbyder tre bodyscanninger gennem disse 8 uger så du kan følge med i hvordan kroppen bliver sundere for hver gang. Mod ekstra betaling har du yderligere mulighed for at få lagt dit ideelle kostprogram (tilbud til alle deltagere kr. 499,-) - dette aftales på telefon 22831905.
