Carsten Berthelsen er foredragsholder, forfatter, oversætter og forlagskonsulent. Carsten har en brændende kærlighed til populærkultur, kulturhistorie, stor musik, blændende billeder – og øl!
Carsten er anerkendt i hele verden for sin viden om øl, og har modtaget adskillige priser fra ind og udland. I maj 2015 fik Carsten Berthelsen overrakt den belgiske kong Philips ridderorden og slået til Kroneridder af ambassadør Pol De Witte.
Ved denne smagning smages der kun på juleøl, som bliver præsenteret af Carsten, og akkompagneret af Carstens varme personlighed og humor.
