Så er vi klar med vores Julefrokoster & Dans i december.
Vi inviterer til den lækreste julemenu med 3 serveringer, fællesspisning og dans med DJ Lon - der har lovet det bedste floor med Soul, bangers, disco og julemusik.
JULEMENUEN
- Ceviche med råmarineret laks, sød mango, frisk chili og rødløg
- Æg, rejer og tomat med hjemmerørt mayo dild og citron med vores gode hjemmebagte surdejsbrød og rugbrød
- Sprød spidskålssalat m blommer, soya ristede valnødder vendt med hjemmelavet honning gastrik og rosmarin
- Langtidsstegt svin varmt krydret.
- For vegetarene vores egen vinter terrin med friterede jordskokker og parmesan.
- Ovnbagte sprødstegte rosmarin kartofler
- Hjemmelavet rødkål lavet med ribssaft
- Sauce lavet fra bunden den smager himmelsk
- Hjemmelavet risalamande med kirsebærsauce.
Vi bliver som regel hurtigt fyldt op- så skynd jer, hvis i vil sikre jer en plads. Klokken 21 åbner vi op for flere danseglade gæster.
