Vinsmagning med 3-retters aftensmad
Vores vinsmagninger foregår i vores privathjem på Amager med maksimalt 10 deltagere. Under selve smagningen bliver der serveret 3-retters aftensmad. Smagningen fokuserer på gode samtaler, social samvær, god mad og vin, samt lidt informationer til vinene, producenter, eller tekniske detaljer. However, smagningen betegnes som uformelt, da vi ikke "overloader" vores gæster med nerdigt viden om vin. Du kan læse mere om vores smagningsfilosofi her.
Julevinssmagningen fokuserer på nogle alternative bud til juletiden fra Tyskland og Østrig. Vi vil smage en del hvidvine, de fleste af dem med fadpræg, samt nogle typiske rødvine som passer til årstiden. Programmet indeholder blandt andet Spätburgunder, Blauer Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch, Chardonnay, og Neuburger.
