Advokat og partner, Henrik Saugmandsgaard Øe, har en fortid som både Generaladvokat ved EU Domstolen og som Forbrugerombudsmand, og har særligt i sin tid som Generaladvokat beskæftiget sig med immaterielret. Henrik vil give et helt unik indsigt, hvordan EU-retten beskytter borgere og virksomheder mod krænkelser af deres IP-rettigheder. Han vil bl.a. rette fokus mod, om Danmark har implementeret EU-retten korrekt på IP-området.
Advokatfuldmægtig, Michael Jensen-Gaard, vil herefter give et spændede oplæg særligt om musikrettigheder. For hvor meget må man lade sig inspirere af andres musiknumre? hvornår der er tale om lovlig inspiration? Og hvor går grænsen til plagiat? Michael vil desuden give indsigt i beskyttelsen af musikrettigheder i forbindelse med anvendelse af andres musik i reklamer og andre sammenhænge.

18.00-18.45: Musikrettigheder v/ advokatfuldmægtig, Michael Jensen-Gaard.
18:45-19:00: Livet i IP & Digital Business v/ advokatfuldmægtig, Armani Kachchi og stud.jur., Anne Sofie Bundgaard-Nielsen.
19:00-: Let anretning og networking.
