Semesteret lakker mod enden, og vi afholder derfor vores sidste vinsmagning inden sommerferien!
Vi har fået en del forespørgsler om at afholde en introduktionsvinsmagning, hvor de deltagende kan blive undervist i, hvordan man egentlig skal gribe et glas vin an.
Derfor har vi valgt at gennemgå i de klassiske og mest kendte områder i Frankrig; Champagne, Alsace, Bourgogne, Bordeaux og Rhône.
Der vil blive fortalt om de grundlæggende principper ved fremstilling af vin, hvordan man lugter til vinen og ikke mindst, hvordan man smager på vinen.
Alt sammen på et niveau, hvor nybegyndere kan være med.
Vi er helt sikre på, at du vil gå fra smagningen med en større forståelse for vin, samt en viden som vil komme dig til gode næste gang du på egen hånd drikker vin.
Smagningen vil foregå i lokalet under trappen i Atriet på Søndre Campus.
