Få besøg af en baristacykel hvor den lækre økologiske baristakaffe bliver brygget af ansatte som er mennesker på kanten af arbejdsmarkedet, hjemløse, misbrugere, psykisk sårbare m.fl.
Under besøget formidler ansatte og frivillige deres personlige fortælling om hvordan arbejdet og fællesskabet i Kaffe Karma støtter dem i deres personlige udvikling og det at gøre en forskel.
Lidt om os.
Kaffe Karma er en socialøkonomisk virksomhed der funger som trædesten og brobygger til det rummelige arbejdsmarked. Gennem vores virksomhedsnetværk hjælper vi vores ansatte videre i småjob. Frivillige yder psykosocial støtte og skaber den gode relation under arbejdet i Kaffe Karma.
I København, Køge og Roskilde har vi pt. 75 ansatte som er socialt udsatte som indgår i vores daglige vagtplaner ved seks baristacykler og der er pt. tilknyttet 40 frivillige.
Støt indsatsen så Kaffe Karma kan give flere socialt udsatte mulighed for at udvikle livsmestring og meningsfuld beskæftigelse ved at blive etableret i flere byer.
