    Kalligrafi-workshop i Nikolaj Kunsthal med den japanske kunstner Yuko Takada Keller

    Brug en formiddag i kalligrafiens tegn. Hør om det mangfoldige japanske skriftsprog. Få indsigt i, hvordan kalligrafi benyttes i dag, og prøv selv kræfter med kalligrafipensler, rispapir, Katakana (japansk stavelsesskrift) og Kanji (kinesiske tegn).

    Workshoppen vil blive indledt med en indførelse i det japanske sprog og brugen af kalligrafi i dag. Herefter vil hver deltager prøve kræfter med fire kalligrafiøvelser:

    1. Sådan benyttes en pensel til kalligrafi
    2. Skriv dit navn på japansk (Katakana)
    3. Prøv kræfter med Kanji (kinesiske tegn)
    4. Kalligrafi på ægte rispapir

    Kalligrafi-workshoppen afholdes i anledning af udstillingen Japanese Connections. Med Japanese Connections præsenterer Nikolaj Kunsthal fem japanske kunstnere og kunstnergrupper, der arbejder med lyd, installation, performance og video. Japanese Connectionsfinder sted i anledning af 150-året for de diplomatiske forbindelser mellem Japan og Danmark, som markeres i de to lande i hele 2017. Udstillingen kan opleves i Nikolaj Kunsthal til og med d. 6 august.

    More about the workshop:

    The workshop will begin with an introduction to the Japanese language and the use of calligraphy today. Then, each participant will have a go with four calligraphy exercises:

    1. How you use the writing brush with black
    2. How you write your name in Japanese (Katakana)
    3. Kanji (Chinese characters)
    4. Calligraphy on real rice paper

    Japanese Connections presents five Japanese artists and artists groups working with sound, installation and video at Nikolaj Kunsthal. It is presented on the occasion of 150 years of Japan-Denmark diplomatic relations which is celebrated in both countries throughout 2017.

    • I have not received my Kalligrafi-workshop ticket via email. What should I do?

      The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Kalligrafi-workshop tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.       The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
