I workshoppen ”Karriere og familie – både og” sætter vi fokus på myter og fakta om balancen, vi kommer tæt ind på nogle af udfordringerne for den enkelte og på arbejdspladsen. Du får nogle værktøjer og håndtag, du kan bruge for at finde den balance, du har brug for og gennem workshop og dialog med andre.

Helle Rosdahl Lund, Center for Balance mellem Arbejdsliv og Familieliv. Helle holder foredrag og hjælper virksomheder med at få politikker og retningslinjer om balance og karriere, der virker både for den enkelte og virksomheden. Hun har skrevet bøger og artikler om balancen mellem arbejde og familieliv.
