Kiras Skov er en dansk sangerinde og kunstner af international klasse. Hendes karakteristiske klang udtrykker nogle af de David-Lynch-agtige stemninger, som man også finder i rock-koryfæer som PJ Harvey og Nick Cave lydbilleder. På Olferts stiller Kira op med den besætning, som har været med på hendes to seneste soloalbums. Bandet består af Silas Tinglef på trommer, bassist Nicolai Munch-Hansen, guitarist Oliver Hoiness og pianist/synthesizer-troldmanden Adi Zukanovic.
Albummet When We Were Gentle fra 2012 modtog fuldt skrald, 6 hjerter i Politiken og senere kom priserne: Carl Prisen for teksterne og to Steppeulvepriser for Årets Album og Årets Vokalist. I 2015 fulgte hun og bandet successen op med May Your Mind Explode a Blossom Tree, hvorfra Now I Know blev brugt i den amerikanske tv-serie Bones. Kira og bandet vil fortrinsvis spille sange fra de to nævnte udgivelser, garneret med nogle Leonard Cohen, Nina Simone og Van Morrison klassikere.
Vi har økologisk bar med billige priser. Dørene åbnes kl. 18.00. Mad kl. 19.00. Kira går på scenen ca. kl. 21.00. Vi ses på Olferts!
