Vi starter med bobler og østers til sprød Klezmerjazz fra Alaska Blonde. Ved langborde samles vi om alt det bedste fra havet serveret af Fiskerikajen. Vi koger, steger, damper og griller og serverer dejlige dips og saucer dertil.
Når livemusikken holder pause har Dan Rachlin sammensat fede playlister, der passer perfekt til stemningen. Og vi slutter sædvanligvis dagen af med en fælles kædedans.

Østersbar!! - vi serverer 2 forskellige slags østers, som er : Roumegous fine de claire & Gillardeau – verdens bedste østers!
Skaldyrsorgie herefter:
Kogte Grønlanske rejer, franske crevetter, kogte Taskekrabbeklør, ølkogte krebs, stegte Argentinske rejer og søkogte jomfruhummere.
Vi serverer brød, smør & forskellige dips samt en grøn salat hertil.
På dagen sælger vi franske vine fra Det Franske Vinkort samt økologisk champagne fra huset – Durdon Bouval.
Tjekkisk pilsner samt øl fra Carlsberg.
