Henrik Nymark ved om nogen hvordan man skal holde energien oppe til de store mål, triathlon, ironman, maraton eller Vasaløbet for han har selv prøvet at gennemføre mange af dem. For Henrik handler det om at finde 'Processen til Den Gode Oplevelse'.
Henrik vil i foredraget øse ud af sine erfaringer fra sine kilometervise træningssessioner gennem personlige anekdoter, vestlig videnskab, østlig mytologi og coaching.
Henrik arbejder i øjeblikket som coach for flere triatleter og som konsulent for hjerteforeningen hvor han motiverer unge på erhvervsskolerne til at dyrke mere motion.
