Jazz Five tager sit publikum til nutidens New Orleans og leverer et unikt show med funky 2nd line grooves, blues, shuffle og jazz’n’roll.
Jazz Five blevet grundlagt i 1996 og har siden spillet over 1000 koncerter lige fra British Columbia over Bornholm til Sydkorea i 2013. Hvad enten der er tale om festivaler, jazzklubber eller andre spillesteder, udstråler bandet altid overvældende spilleglæde. Bandet er en storswingende og sveddryppende festmaskine, der inviterer lytteren med til Mardi Gras i New Orleans og leverer et show i topklasse. Med to saxer i front, energisk rytmegruppe, stærkt overophedet blues piano og syngende trommeslager, giver Jazz Five alt de har med en indlevelse og overbevisning man sjældent ser.
