Målgruppe
Kurset er primært for dig, som er tillidsrepræsentant, suppleant eller AMR. Du vil gerne vil have redskaber og inspiration til at forstår hvordan en konflikt eskalerer og hvordan du kan medvirke til at nedtrappe en konflikt.

KURSUSLEDER
Winnie Kjeldsen er juridisk konsulent hos FAOD. Hun er uddannet Cand. Merc. Jur. og har en master i forhandling og konfliktmægling fra KU. Winnie har arbejdet i fagforeninger og i personaleafdelinger i det offentlige og i det private, og rådgivet medlemmer, ledere og tillidsrepræsentanter og givet dem sparring på deres konflikter og forhandlinger.
