Idéen om konkurrencestaten har præget den offentlige debat i flere år. Diskussionerne om folkeskolen, de videregående uddannelser, arbejdsmarkedsreformer, organisering og ledelse af den offentlige sektor, det private arbejdsmarked og privatisering af det offentlige arbejdsmarked m.v. har alle været præget af spørgsmålet om, hvilken type velfærdsstat, vi ønsker os, og hvordan vi kan ruste Danmark til udfordringer globalt og europæisk, nationalt og internationalt.
Arrangementerne tager udgangspunkt i bogen Konkurrencestaten og dens kritikere, redigeret
af Søren Kaj Andersen, der vil moderere debatten.

Mandag d. 22. januar kl. 16.30-18.00 (Akademikere: Jeppe Nevers, Thomas Højrup, Martin Møller Rasmussen)
