Workshop for kvinder (lørdag 20. maj kl. 10-16.30)
Krop, Kontakt, Sind og Seksualitet
Vi bevæger kroppen, sindet og følelserne og sanseligheden gennem forskellige oplæg, øvelser og samtale, dans og stilletid.
Vi undersøger og iagttager. Vi bedømmer ikke (eller vi iagttager, når vi gør).
Jeg vil gerne invitere dig til at undersøge:
- Dit ja og nej. For at kunne sige ja (til hengivelsen) skal jeg kunne sige nej.
- Indre lederskab: Om at mærke og være i kontakt med mig selv. Og med andre.
- Lyst: hvordan har jeg det med lyst? Hvad er det for en størrelse?
Jeg glæder mig til en dag med god tid. 6½ timer inklusiv en pause, hvor vi undersøger og kontakter os selv i samværet med hinanden. Hvor vi har tid til at gå i dybden med nogle af de områder, jeg selv er optaget af.
I et kærligt og omsorgsfuldt rum bliver det muligt at åbne op for de sider af dig selv, som ofte ikke får plads. At være sanseligt og refleksivt tilstede i dit eget liv.
Det vil jeg gerne invitere dig ind i.

Jørn Uhrenholt (www.tantramassageaarhus.net) deltager over middag med et oplæg om ”At sige ja og sige nej”, (cirka en time). Det vil danne udgangspunkt for nogle øvelser i den sidste del af workshoppen.

Pris: 500,- pr. person (begrænset deltagerantal)

Ved afmelding senere end en uge før workshop tilbagebetales det halve beløb.
