Charlotte vil fortælle sjove anekdoter fra programmerne - som er blevet det mest sete DR2 programme nogensinde. Alle har en mening om programmerne - som i den grad viser, hvor lidt der skal til for at sende “helbredet på ret køl”… Og på bare 6 uger viser hun deltagerne og alle seerne, hvor lidt der skal til, hvis man bare gør “lidt” hver dag...
Charlotte vil på en sjov og underholdende måde give vise ord med på vejen mod en sundere livsstil - og hvorfor det er så vigtigt… Som hun siger ; Vi vil alle gerne være her “lidt længere”… En sætning der i den grad er blevet højaktuel for Charlotte, som i september 2016 fik stillet en kræftdiagnose… Og som hun siger ; Tid er det eneste vi ikke kan købe”…!
