Lær at dogmestrikke!
Medbring strikkepinde i str 3-6 til workshoppen.
Vi underviser i dogmestrik, som er en teknik hvor du strikker af ubearbejdet rå uld, uden at karte eller spinde. Det er helt naturligt, bæredygtigt og en enkel proces, som giver noget rigtig flot strik.
På meget få trin går du fra at have ubearbejdet råuld til at have et færdigt produkt mellem hænderne. Vi strikker med uld fra vestjyske spælsau får, som har meget langfibret hår, der gør det muligt at strikke uden forarbejde.
På workshoppen lærer du at dogmestrikke, du får viden om uld, plantefarve og vådfilt. Med i prisen får du råuld til at lave et par håndledsvarmere af en simpel opskrift. Du kan også vælge at lave en vestjysk hyrdevest, som er en slå-om vest med hætte, hvis du vælger dette, kan du tilkøbe uld for 195kr, så der er til hele vesten.
Man behøver ikke at være god til at strikke, for at komme til workshoppen, men det er godt at kunne strikke ret, vrang og slå masker op.
I Hedestrik vil vi gerne sætte fokus på al den nordiske uld, som ligger ubrugt hen som et restprodukt ved de nordiske fårebønder. Vi vil fortælle om uld i et klimaperspektiv og om hvilket uld man kan vælge. Vi vælger dogme- og fristrik som et modsvar på den kommercielle garn- og strikkeverden.
