Lars Lilholt er fast gæst et par gange om året i Jelling, og sidste år var der hurtigt udsolgt til hans storyteller koncert i Byens Café. Det er fantastisk at opleve Lilholts musikere slå sig løs i anderledes intime rammer og der er helt sikket lagt op til en rigtig stor koncertoplevelse.
Lars Lilholt har i årevis kunnet samle alle generationer over hele landet. En erfaren sangskriver med et kæmpestort talent for at bruge det danske sprog og en evne til at kommunikere gennem enkle melodier med et rodnet dybt nede i folkemusikken, rockmusikken og den klassiske musik.
Konceptet omkring Lars Lilholts Storyteller-koncerter blev oprindeligt startet for at give publikum mulighed for at høre sangene i akustiske, intime, indendørs og afdæmpede versioner med de tilhørende historier. For sangene er ikke grebet ud af den blå luft. De har alle tilknytning til underfundige fortællinger fra Lilholts efterhånden lange liv.
Koncerten kommer til at bestå af sange både fra hele Lars Lilholts omfattende bagkatalog og fra det nyeste album, der udkommer i foråret 2018.
Lars Lilholts Storyteller Tour kan opleves i Byens Cafe i Jelling Torsdag d. 27. september kl. 20.00
