I forbindelse med Lyserød Lørdag inviteres til en skøn aften med Lyserød Yoga.
3 timers yoga, indre wellnes og lyserøde bobler.
Alle indtægter går ubeskåret til Kræftens bekæmpelse "Støt Brysterne" kampagne.
- Vi indleder med 75 min Yoga/Pilates/Flow hvor kroppen arbejdes grundigt igennem. Dejlige bløde flydende overgange, coreflows, krigere og andre intense og styrkende øvelser.
- Pause hvor der serveres lyserød the.
- 75 min dejlig varm blid Yin Yoga og meditation i stearinlysenes skær.
- Vi slutter med lyserød champagne og tid til snak.
- Du skal medbringe yogamåtte, 2 klodser og et tæppe. Det er muligt at låne efter aftale.
