Charlottenlund Slot og Edora inviterer til aften, hvor sundhed og især maratonløb er i fokus. Arrangementet er gratis.
Det er nemlig sådan, at salgsdirektør i Edora, Tor Rønnow, er en af Danmarks mest berejste maratonløbere, faktisk har Tor løbet på alle klodens 7 kontinenter.
Tor er desuden sammen med professor Bente Klarlund Pedersen medforfatter til best-seller løbebogen ”ELSK AT LØBE” (år 2010), og aftenens foredrag tager dels udgangspunkt i de mange spændende maratonløb rundt om i verdens, dels i ”ELSK AT LØBE”, hvor emner som sundhed, kost og livsstilssygdomme kommer under både kærlig og humoristisk behandling.
Kælderbaren åbner kl. 18 og her kan man kan starte aftenen med hygge og en drink. Kl. 19 starter foredraget i Riddersalen, det varer ca. 2 timer, inklusiv en kort pause, hvor der kan tankes op osv.
