Har du lyst til at lære dig selv bedre at kende? Kunne du godt bruge en metode til at gribe dig an? Så er vores hold noget for dig.
Vi sørger for et trygt miljø, hvor vi har fokus på nødvendigheden af et lille hold, så der ikke er mange mennesker at forholde sig til. Vi sørger også for at øvelserne er enkle, så alle kan være med, og sikre dig et rigt udbytte.
Som redskab til at dig at blive klogere på dit indre, bruger vi simple teknikker, hvor vi blandt andet har fokus på din krop og dit åndedræt.
Vores udgangspunkt er, at det du oplever i øvelserne har afgørende betydning for dig her og nu i dit liv.
Til stede vil være to erfarne terapeuter, der hjælper dig til at forstå betydningen af øvelserne. Du vil undervejs i forløbet få mulighed for at reflektere over dine oplevelser fra øvelserne.
Vi anbefaler at du medbringer notesblok og skriveværktøj.
Der er max 4 deltagere pr. hold.
