Den amerikanske rootsmusiker Luke Winslow King giver et forfriskende bud på delta blues, folk og rockabilly. Hans soulfulde vokal og hans unikke sangskrivning har tryllebundet publikum i hans hjemland og på scener i Europa. Han besidder en emotionel dybde, der naturligt griber publikums opmærksomhed – ærligt og personligt.
Han har været bosat i New Orleans i mere end 15 år og det præger hans spillestil – der er ikke noget middelmådigt over ham, og hans guitarspil er i særklasse.
Vi har tidligere præsenteret Luke på Roots & Jazz og var helt betaget over at se, hvordan han solo tryllebandt mere end 2000 publikummer - det er kun meget få artister, der kan dette. Glæd dig til en intim koncert fra øverste hylde.

Kære musikelskere
Vi præsenterer jazz, roots og blues på vores lille, hyggelige scene på en gammel gård i Mørkøv Kirkeby. Vi finder spændende musikere, man måske ellers ikke kan høre i Danmark eller har hørt om før. Men vi lover, at kvaliteten er i top, og at man kommer hjem med en stor musikalsk oplevelse. Håber vi ses!
