Find ro fra tankemylder ved at 'Makramme' og lær/fordyb dig i dette unikke håndværk. Dygtige Stine Drøgemüller fra MAKRAM guider dig på denne workshop uanset om du er nybegynder eller mere erfaren.
Styrk, mobilisér og stræk din krop med Mindful Yoga. Kirstine Marie Fabricius guider dig igennem en yogatime med fokus på blid bevægelse, grounding og dit åndedræt, afrundet af en længere kropsscanning og afspænding/Savasana.
Du kan deltage uanset yogaerfaring og -niveau
Du får:
3 timers workshop hvor du lærer knytteteknikken Macramé
Du får dit eget Macramé vægtæppe med hjem
2 timers Mindful Yoga workshop med blid, nem tilgængelig yoga, åndedrætsøvelse og afspænding
Let, lækker frokost i mellem de to workshops samt snacks, te, kaffe, vand og danskvand i løbet af dagen.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Macramé & Mindful Yoga tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
