Vi starter med at have hænderne i dejen, hvor i sammen skal fremstille spiselige cigarer.
Jeg guider dig ud i den gamle tradition håndlavet kransekage, samt tips og teknikker i at sprøjte glasur på din kransekage. Så du kan gå hjem i dit eget køkken og fremstille fantastisk lækker kransekage til nytår.
Undervejs får vi en bid mad og lidt til at slukke tørsten.
Vi slutter kurset af med et glas Champagne, og nyder den bagte kransekage.
Der er økologisk kaffe/the under hele kurset.
