Onsdag d. 10. januar er der mulighed for at deltage i en introduktionsaften inden forårets forløb starter i Mandecirklen.
Tag en god ven med og hør mere om hvad en mandegruppe kan gøre i dit liv.
Mandegrupper handler om:
- At få mere energi og vitalitet i dit liv.
- At være i et rent mande forum.
- Være tro imod dig selv, og de mennesker du omgås.
- Tage ansvar for dit eget liv.
- Slippe afhængighed.
- Blive grounded og hvile i dig selv.
- Opnå mental og fysisk smidighed.
- Leg og humor.
- Autencitet og integritet.
Mød op og find ud af om du er parat. Det er OK at dukke op hvis du bare er nysgerrig og vil vide mere om hvad der foregår i en mandegruppe. Aftenen vil være krydret med små eksempler på hvad vi kan finde på at foretage os bag de lukkede døre…
