Den anerkendte og prisvindende arkitekt og planlægger Anupama Kundoo holder Master Class i Bygningskulturens Hus.
Anupama Kundoo er kendt for sit stærke fokus på stedbundne materialer, omfattende researcharbejde og en eksperimenterende tilgang, som bl.a. betyder, at miljøbelastningen er minimal, og at hendes huse er til at betale for almindelige mennesker. Særligt hendes ’håndlavede’ huse i Auroville er berømmede, fordi de på fornemste vis forener skønhed, optimal udnyttelse af stedets sparsomme ressourcer og involvering af lokalsamfundet i opførelsen af dem. Senest har Anupama Kundoo lanceret sine idéer for opførelsen af en helt ny by i Afrika.
Kundoo har især bygget i Indien, men har også erfaring fra projekter, research og undervisning i hele verden: TU Berlin, AA School of Architecture London, Parsons New School of Design New York, University of Queensland Brisbane, IUAV Venice and ETSAB Barcelona. Hun er professor ved UCJC Madrid hvor hun er formand for ‘Affordable Habitat’ og tilknyttet Cornell University."
