MEAT UP, er en aften med Folkets Madhus i køkkenet, hvor vi tilbereder vores variation af slagterklassikere.
En aften med vores bud på den optimale burger og hot dog. Burgerbøffen er lavet af fire ugers modnet kød, hjemmelavet bolle og vores fyld! + kartoffelstave stegt i andefedt. Hotdog'en er med vores slagtermester Gustavs wienerpølse, hjemmelavet pølsebrød, estragonmayo, syltede og ristede løg. Du kan købe øko rød- og hvidvin, sodavand og saft, samt øl fra Folkets Madhus' nye brygger.
Vores slagtermester Gustav har startet en ny produktion af vores koldrøget bacon, pølser, spegepølser og charcuterie som kan købes til alle vores arrangementer fremover.
