PULLED BBQ BRISKET - Spidsbryst, saltet, røget og langtidsstegt i 20 timer, 3 slags hjemmelavet BBQ-sauce, syltede grønsager og en bagt kartoffel.Vi har tung øko vin, saft og hjemmebrygget øl.
Vores slagtermester Gustav har startet en ny produktion af vores koldrøget bacon, pølser, spegepølser og charcuteri som kan købes til alle vores arrangementer fremover.
