Munkebo Mikrobryg har været garant for godt håndværk der gentagne gange har udfordret de gængse opfattelser af hvordan man kan brygge øl i Danmark. Brygmester Claus Christensen er uddannet forsker ved København Universitet, og han har med hjælp fra lokale bier isoleret vores egne gærstammer, som giver noter af for eksempel fersken/abrikos og af hindbær/kirsebær.
Med Munkebo i glasset er du garanteret en smagsoplevelse ud over det sædvanlige og på denne aften vil du komme til at smage fem forskellige øl, alt i mens du får historierne bag både øl og bryggeri.
Med i prisen er smagsprøver på de fem øl, lidt snacks samt en øl-jeton der kan veksles til en valgfri stor øl/cider fra en af vores 16 haner.
