Awake the lights
Awake the Lights er et fascinerende alternative metal-kvartet der byder på en infernalsk cocktail af thrash, powermetal og death metal.
Awake The Lights byder på både mere groove og tyngde end en husmors hofter og der er absolut ikke tale om sød musik.Der er en nerve i Awake the Lights musik, der synes at bekræfte, at kaotiske tider finder sit spejl i musikken. Vokalen dirrer af vrede, patos og en vilje til at påberåbe enhver afskyelighed denne verden byder på.
Under the blood oak
Under The Blood Oak, er et band der maler med musikken. Vokal og instrumenter arbejder tæt sammen for at skabe en sindsrig oplevelse med levende billeder i det melodiske metals tegn. Teksterne strækker sig bredt fra døende stjerner til dystopiske fortællinger, akkompagneret af harmoniske riffs, legende basgange og aggressive trommer. Glæd jer til et eventyr med smæk på!
Gurldörl
Gurlörl er ganske enkelt lugten af værtshus.
Musikken er tungere end røgen på et af de brune dagen efter lønnen er gået ind. Lyden er mere beskidt end toiletgulvet, efter du mente, at 10-15 Arnbitter i streg var en fremragende idé, og er med samme groove som toiletrullen, imens du prøver at få styr på situationen.
Den rasende og desperate vokal er indbegrebet af dagen efter alt for mange genstande – af tømmermænds-depressionens insisteren på at huske enhver sætning, der nogensinde har klinget forkert. Og ikke kun aftenen før. Også dengang i syvende klasse, hvor du sagde, at Aarhus var hovedstad på Langeland – og mente det.
Tung, beskidt og lige-i-ansigtet groovet metal af den bidske slags. Sku’ vi aller’ ha’ en øl?
