Kom med til magisk midnats yoga med live cello musik, højt til loftet og plads til alle, i Absalon.

Vi glæder os over, at de lange lyse nætter er tilbage og vi har lyst til at fejre dem med jer til en aften med yoga, dæmpet midnats lys og smuk live musik. Vi skal være i den store sal, hvor vi sammen skaber stemning, strækker, bøjer og trækker vejret dybt. Mens solen går ned udenfor.
Gennem klassen vil der være fokus på åndedrattet, som skal støtte os gennem dynamiske yogaflows, og gøre krop og sind klar til at finde ro i dybe stræk.
Vi afslutter med en dejlig, lang savasana.
Aftenen bliver guidet af Absalons egen yogi Mathilde som laver en Hatha inspireret slow flow time.
Helt særligt for denne midnats yoga er, at vi gennem klassen vil blive akkompagneret af den dygtige cellist Nicole Hogstrand fra Halvcirkel. Tonerne fra celloen, vores bevægelser og
vejrtækningen vil smelte sammen i en fin harmoni, og gøre oplevelsen på din yogamåtte endnu mere magisk.
Midnats yoga er for alle niveauer, og vil blive undervist på engelsk.

Come join us in Absalon for a magical midnight yoga class accompanied with cello for a night that everyone can join.
We are so delighted that the long and light days have returned and want to celebrate the late setting sun with you in Absalon’s beautiful big hall. Together we will create space for moving, stretching and breathing as the sun finally sets.
Throughout the entire class there will be a focus on breathing and how it can support us in our dynamic yogaflows and prepare the body for deep and peaceful stretches. We will finish class with a long, tranquil savasana.
This special edition of midnight yoga will feature accompanying music from the talented cellist Nicole Hogstrand from the group 'Halvcirkel'. The melody of the cello, our movements
and our breath will melt together in a harmonious way, making the experience on your yoga mat even more special.
Midnight yoga is for everyone and the class will be taught in English.
