Mini workshop med sanselige smagsprøver på retreatet "Kærlighed til krop og sjæl" på Samsø
Oplev et par nydelsesfulde timer med smagsprøver på noget af det, som mine gæster får med sig, når de deltager på mit retreat, "Kærlighed til krop og Sjæl".
Et retreat som finder sted på Samsø i maj og september 2017. Og et skønt retreat, hvor selvkærlighed og omsorg for krop og sjæl er i fokus, med nænsomme og blide øvelser, der stabilisere og bringer ro samt dyb healing til dit nervesystem,.
På denne mini workshop vil jeg guide dig igennem smagsprøver af den fordybelse, du vil opleve i fuldt flor på retreatet. Du får mulighed for at

Udover at introducere dig om turen og de teknikker og øvelser, jeg anvender på retreatet, guider jeg dig gennem helt enkelte Svaroopa yoga øvelser, som du let kan anvende på jobbet, når du har brug for hjælp til INDRE RO, KLARHED og CENTRERING.
Du får også mulighed for at tale med mig og stille spørgsmål, hvis du er i tvivl om du kan deltage pga. af evt. fysiske udfordringer.
Undervejs er der en pause, hvor Cafe Gaya servere en lækker lille forfriskning, der afspejler den rene kost der serveres på retreatet, med inspiration af Anthony Williams.
