    Er du sur, salt eller sød – og hvad er dine medarbejdere?

    Er du ejerleder eller virksomhedsleder og vil gerne blive bedre til dialog, uanset om det er salg, marketing, ledelsesansvar, forhandling eller kundeservice. Så tag med til minikursus d. 15. juni. I HF Butikken i Hårlev.

    Din dialog med kunderne er helt afgørende for hvordan de opfatter din forretning. Det har betydning for, om de vender tilbage og om de vil anbefale dig til andre. Det har også direkte betydning for dit salg i hverdagen. Og så handler det jo ikke kun om dig, men også om dine medarbejdere. Det er mindst lige så vigtigt at være skarp på din dialog med dem og deres dialog med kunderne.

    Vi mennesker er forskellige og derfor har vi hver især vidt forskellige udgangspunkter for den daglige dialog. Nogle bliver altid opfattet som sure, andre virker som salte fisk og andre er næsten så søde, at de klistrer.

    Aftenens minikursus vil give dig et billede af, hvad dit eget udgangspunkt er og samtidig give dig værktøjer til at spotte andres adfærd. Du får også en række værktøjer til hvordan du bedst indgår i dialog med forskellige typer af kunder.
