Som publikum kommer man med ind i hverdagen hos minimalister fra alle steder i livet - familier, iværksættere, arkitekter, kunstnere, journalister, forskere og en tidligere børsmægler. De lever vidt forskellige liv, men har alle det til fælles, at de forsøger at leve mere meningsfuldt med færre ting.
Filmen er skabt af Joshua Fields Millburn & Ryan Nicodemus, bedre kendt som The Minimalists, og har ikke tidligere været vist i en dansk biograf. Vi har kun denne ene visning på programmet foreløbig, så haps en billet, hvis du ikke vil gå glip af Minimalism på det store lærred.
