Kom og vær med til 1 1/2 times inspirerende moderne dans for voksne.
Alle er velkomne med eller uden erfaring.
Sammen vil vi udforske nye bevægelser og dykke ned i en verden, hvor vi fokuserer på hvor bevægelserne kommer fra og hvordan vi kan fortolke følelser og historier igennem dansen.
Vi lægger ud med opvarmning og senere arbejder vi på en lækker koreografi, som åbner på for kreativiteten og nye måder at bevæge sig på.
Sammen vil vi skabe et frirum, hvor vi slipper kontrollen, mærker kroppen og lærer at danse fra hjertet af.
Cathrin er uddannet moderne danser fra Contemporary Dance School Hamburg og har arbejdet som danser og underviser i Tyskland, Island og herhjemme i Danmark.
I dag er hun bosat i København, hvor hun ud over dansen også arbejder som holistisk sundheds og livsstils coach.
