Anne Tortzen, PhD og direktør for Center for Borgerdialog, vil give et nuanceret blik på vores tids store ’samskabelses-fortælling’.For hvordan kan ”værdi” og ”succes” se ud, når vi taler samskabelse? Er det samskabelse ud fra en effektivitetsbetragtning, vi taler om – dvs. samarbejde mellem det offentlige og borgere og civilsamfund, som skaber synlige resultater? Eller taler vi om samskabelse som en samarbejdsproces – og i sidste ende en ny fordeling af magten mellem det offentlige og civilsamfundet?
Anne Tortzen opfordrer til at dele fortællinger om de små skridt, vi tager i retning af en mere samskabende praksis. Hvornår lykkes det godt – og hvad står i vejen? Hvis samskabelse skal blive til virkelighed, har vi brug for både at lære af det, der lykkes godt – og det, der lykkes mindre godt.
