Vi lever i en travl tid med stress og høj hvilepuls. Nu kan du tage en tur på landet og komme helt i ro på en af Danmarks marker.
Vi skal forbinde os med den totale intethed og stilhed, som har indfundet sig i den danske natur. Her er du befriet for lærkens sang, gøgens “kuk-kuk” og hvepsens stik, for der er ikke meget natur- og dyreliv tilbage.
Den rige natur og biodiversitet, vi havde engang, er nu blevet presset ud af landbrugets marker til dyrefoder. Men nu er der i det mindste RO i naturen, og det skal udnyttes med yogamåtten under armen. Vores sind skal frigøres fra hverdagens tankemylder og blive lige så tomt som den danske natur.
Yoga-instruktør Frederikke Bruus guider dig gennem en rolig og groundende yin yoga sekvens. Vi bevæger os langsomt gennem en række stræk med fokus fokus på nærvær og åndedræt. Alle kan deltage uanset niveau.
Vi finder en fredfyldt plet på en af Nordkystens endeløse marker. Ligesom halvdelen af vores land, der i dag består af marker, er der nærmest intet liv. Det bliver pure bliss. Vi glæder os til at se dig på marken!

Medbring: Egen yogamåtte (marken er kold), behageligt tøj i lag (temperaturen kan svinge), en vandflaske, og evt. et tæppe til at lægge under yogamåtten

Nature meditation in the field: Feel the nothingness of Danish nature deep in your stomach
We live in a busy time with stress and high resting heart rates. Now you can take a trip to the countryside and find complete calm in one of Denmark's fields.
We will connect with the total nothingness and silence that has settled in Danish nature. Here you are freed from the lark's song, the cuckoo's "cuckoo" and the wasp's sting, as there is not much nature and wildlife left.
The rich nature and biodiversity we once had has now been pushed out by agricultural fields for animal feed. But at least now there is PEACE in nature, and this should be utilized with a yoga mat under your arm. Our minds shall be freed from everyday thought clutter and become as empty as Danish nature.
Yoga instructor Frederikke Bruus guides you through a calm and grounding yin yoga sequence. We move slowly through a series of stretches focusing on presence and breath. Everyone can participate regardless of level.
We will find a peaceful spot on one of the North Coast's endless fields. Like half of our country, which today consists of fields, there is virtually no life. It will be pure bliss. We look forward to seeing you in the field!

Bring: Your own yoga mat (the field is cold), comfortable layered clothing (temperatures may vary), a water bottle, and optionally a blanket to place under your yoga mat
